Notary Fees

• In person Stamps are $10 for the first stamp 

  • • $7 for each additional stamp 

    • Certified copies (not available for all documents) of the notarial work completed, are considered an additional stamp and charged accordingly. 

• Mobile Notary Travel fees are a flat rate within our service area

• Seaside Notary Solutions is proud to announce we are a State of Florida Approved Remote Online Notary Provider - Almost all documents requiring an Oath, Acknowledgment or Jurat in the State of Florida with the exception of Certified Copies are permitted to be completed by Remote Online Notary. The Florida Legislature allows Remote Online Notaries to provide service world wide as long as the notary is physically in Florida. The fee for this is dependant on the request and platform used.

• Real Estate and Automotive Closings are priced on a case by case basis, cost for these include fees beyond the stamps, due to length of time required to complete them, the additional prepatory expenses, educational requirements and other industry standards required to complete this work.
